1. Service provider

CordPrism is operated by MITC ApS, company registration no. 40057048, Enighedsvej 44, 2920 Charlottenlund, Denmark.

2. The service

CordPrism delivers employer-ordered, purpose-limited, consented public-footprint dossiers from open sources — preserve-first evidence for human review in an HR or recruiting matter. We do not operate open person-search, people-finder, skip-trace, KYC, credit, CPR, criminal/straffeattest, or PEP-determination products, and we do not provide live monitoring.

3. Products and report delivery

The free sample follows a full person investigation and shows an identity card, up to two public profiles, and one substantive unlocked section selected from the paid dossier; the other paid sections are shown as locked previews. The sample is not a paid product. Each one-time purchase covers one dated dossier. For volume, a full hiring round, or multi-seat access, contact [email protected]. Each report is started manually by our team after payment. Reports are sent from [email protected] with a link and no report-file attachment. General enquiries: [email protected].

4. Free sample investigation

You may request one free identity-card sample by providing employer name, candidate legal name, role/purpose, contact email, and a consent attestation (who consented, when, and scope). The free delivery is an identity card, up to two public profiles, and one preview section from the paid dossier — not the paid dossier. We may refuse requests (spam, abuse, missing consent, or lack of relevance).

5. No warranty

Investigations are best effort. We do not guarantee that every relevant finding will be detected. Findings may require your own judgment before action.

6. Payment

Prices shown on CordPrism exclude VAT and other applicable taxes. Payment is handled via Stripe Checkout. A one-time dossier requires a single payment. VAT and other taxes may be added at Checkout where required. For volume or multi-seat access, contact [email protected].

7. Cancellation

One-time purchases are single payments. Questions about an order: [email protected]. If you received a Stripe invoice or receipt, you can also use the link in that email.

8. Acceptable use

You may use the service only for lawful, employer-ordered, purpose-limited OSINT on a consented subject. Open person-search, skip-trace, KYC, and surveillance use are prohibited. Abuse, resale without agreement, or attempts to circumvent systems are prohibited.

9. Ansvar

I det omfang loven tillader det, er CordPrism ikke ansvarlig for indirekte tab, tabt fortjeneste eller skade som følge af manglende eller forsinket opdagelse. Samlet ansvar for en betalingsperiode er begrænset til det beløb, du har betalt for den periode.

11. Cookies og statistik

CordPrism kan bruge Google Analytics 4 til anonymiseret statistik, hvis du accepterer cookies. Du kan acceptere eller afvise via cookie-banneret og ændre valget senere under “Cookie-indstillinger”. Sprog- og valutavalg gemmes lokalt i browseren og kræver ikke samtykke til statistik-cookies. Vi sætter ikke reklamecookies.

12. Lovvalg

Disse vilkår er underlagt dansk ret. Tvister afgøres ved danske domstole, medmindre ufravigelige regler siger andet.
